ELECTRIC AGGREGATION
In November of 2014, City of Willard voters authorized by majority vote the creations of an Electric Aggregation Program to seek lower electricity rates for eligible residential and business customers. The City of Willard selected Constellation Energy Services, Inc. to supply electricity to the program. If you are a resident or small business owner you were automatically enrolled unless you opted out by May 15, 2015.
If you are having issues with this, please call Constellation Energy Services at (855) 384-9737. The City of Willard has negotiated a competitive price of $0.0709/kWh and you should see that from your first meter read in June of 2015 through June of 2018.
UNCLAIMED FUNDS
Did you know that the City of Willard has unclaimed funds that may be yours? But you had better hurry because funds not claimed within a period of 5 years are deposited back into the General Fund of the City per ORC 9.39. If you see your name on the Unclaimed Funds List, complete the Claim Form and return it to City of Willard, Unclaimed Funds, PO Box 367, Willard, OH 44890, Attn: Sue Johnson.
