SAFE AT HOME ORDER
Gov. DeWine has replaced Ohio's "Safe at Home" order with an "Urgent Health Advisory: Ohioans Protecting Ohioans." While the previous mandates in the "Safe at Home" order are no longer mandatory, the ban on mass-gatherings and rules for restaurants and bars will remain in place. You can read the new advisory HERE.
Ohioans can apply for unemployment benefits online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at unemployment.ohio.gov. It is also possible to file by phone at 877-644-6562 or TTY at 888- 642-8203, Monday through Friday 7AM to 7PM, Saturday 9AM to 5PM, and Sunday 9AM to 1PM. INCOME TAX DEADLINE: NOW JULY 15TH
The City of Willard Tax filing and payment deadline has been moved to July 15. This includes the estimated tax payment deadline. No interest will be assessed on tax returns filed on or before July 15. Residents may continue to file their tax returns using the drop box located in the vestibule of City Hall or the drive through window located behind City Hall. Tax forms are available at City Hall or online on our Income Tax Page.

The City of Willard recognizes we are operating in unprecedented times. Effective immediately, the City will temporarily postpone shutoffs/disconnects for the month of March for customers who are past due on their utility bill. We will continue to monitor the State of Emergency and adjust our procedures as necessary. Residents should continue to make their payments either online, through the Utility Office drive-through window located behind City Hall or the drop box located in the vestibule of City Hall.
